Tire wear/alignment

I always wondered. If you get your alignment done, but your tires have an uneven wear. Will this still cause you to slightly drift to one side even though your alightment is fine? Also, can the unevenly worn tires mess up your alignment again? Thanks....

Your unevenly worn tires will not mess up your alignment.

Your car will not track correctly on unevenly worn tires, replace them.
