I think I asked this sometime ago, but I was not satisfied with the answer. Why is it that when you are in 2nd gear and your RPMs drop below 2k throttle response and power are horrible and then all the sudden you get a jolt of power upon sluggishly reaching 2k RPMs again?

Geez, that really blows. So which ones are the good ones? I reaserched a bit and found either Redline or Amsoil? Can I purchase these at AutoZone? Any links to directions for a fluid flush? I would like to do the kind were you can actually see your fluid change colors. That would ease my mind.
