i just went to autozone today to see why my service engine soon light was on. i found out that it was a code p035 which i believe is the knock sensor code and a p1320 which i have no clue about. ( if anyone knows please let me know.) so i decided to drive over to the dealer since i was headed that way anyways to pick up some tranny fluid. So i asked the mechanic how much it would be to replace the knock sensor on my 99 max and he estimated it at 300 dollers ( does that sound right to you guys? ) anyways my real question is it advicable to replace the knock sensor by yourself? thanks
