The stock size for the GXE is 205/65-15. The stock size for the 95/96 SE is 215/60-15. You can use either one on your steelies.

The Bridgestone potenza RE950 is the best all-season performance tire on the market. They come in both of those sizes. The Yokohama AVS ES100 is a new high performance tire that is available in 215/60-15, but it is by no means an all-season design.

Dunlop SP Sport A2. Get the price from tirerack.com for your size and sears will match it, no waiting. Under $250 out the door for all 4 in a 15" size. Cannot beat that...

I have Sumotomo HTR+ in a 16" size. I Don't know if they come in 15" sizes, but you might check them out. Mine were cheap. Under $300, mounted, balanced (lifetime) w/ roadhazard warranty.

I know its been stated already. Potenza 950 are the BEST all-season tire. Get them you will not be disapointed.

The RE950 is a newer design. It has UNI-T AQII. This means it maintains it's excellent traction as it wears. I've had mine for 40000 miles and they still grip like new, even in the wet. All this and they have a 400 treadwear rating, and they are only $73 each from tire rack in 205/65-15

If price is no object, the 950s, just because they are "the best." If money is tight, or if you want to put the $ elsewhere, the SP Sport A2s are a great deal.

In addition, they also have an aggressive tread design and are directional. In my situation, living in Chicago, I WANTED a tire for performance and I NEEDED a tire for bad weather. 950s to both. I no longer have my stock wheels and tires so these have to be good all year round.
If I lived in a warm & dry climate all year round I would have gone for a higher performance tire.
