good vibrations audio & performance

i went to a shop by my house called "Good Vibrations". this is an audio and performance shop. i called them up about a week ago trying to get a b & y pipe for my car. they suggested stillen, and a greddy cat-back. i said i didn't want a cat-back. they said that if i didn't get a cat-back, then the y & b would be useless. okay. whatever. they said to install a stillen b & y would be 125 for labor!?!?! i asked them thursday if they could get a warpspeed or cattman for me. they told me they would call. they didn't, so today i went in to see what's going on. the guy told me that they couldn't get the parts from their distributor, so they suggested that i just buy the parts and take it in to them for labor. i asked them what labor would be for this. they told me 250. who knows of a good speed shop by exit 27 on the pa turnpike? please help me

doing exhaust is something you don't need a speed shop. any experience mechanic in a cheap muffler shop will do.

yeah if the parts is bolt on, but most people pay some money to save the trouble messing with the rusted bolts, hanger, etc.
