three 18's and one 15?

Hey guys, on of my max, the 18" rim is cracked and I have to get repaired, I have another max for sale that I can borrow a rim from instead of riding around on the donut, tires sizes are 235/40/18 and 215/60/15, seem to be the same height, any problems? (about to change tires anyways, so that's not an issue) Thanks.
