I got a chance to pick up some 300zx rims (non-turbo 16x6.5 )at a good price. Does anyone know if they will fit my 96 SE?

Yes, they fit perfectly. Brian Catts (Cattman) has them on his Maxima (95 or 96). They're 16"x7.5", by the way, an inch wider than the standard 97-99 SE 16" wheels (good thing...225's fit *perfectly*).
