Vq30de-m ?

I was at a Japanese engine/transmission place and asked for an engine for my 97 Maxima. I took a quick glance at the book and in the Maxima section they had the engine labeled as VQ30DE-M. I know the 5th gen has the VQ30DE-K, but this engine i had never heard of before. Is it the 20th anniv engine that can fit a 4th gen?

Maybe M for MIllenium which is maybe the 20th annerversary editions. Im taking a wild stab through time and space and am only guessing at the possibility of the answer being Millenium. Since T is for Turbo then M is for Millenium.

The K stands for "kaizen", Japanese for "improved".
