Idle problem

Idle problem
I have a 1996 GXE with 62000 miles. When I start the car cold it idles ok. If I shut it off and start it while the engine is still warm it idles at 1200 to 1500 RPM. Any thoughts to the cause of this?

Start by cleaning your throttle body. Look here for instructions with pics --> www.motorvate.ca
If that doesn't fix it, search this forum for IDLE SPEED ADJUSTMENT.
