Best Coilovers for a 99?

Hello,
I am getting coilovers for my 99 S.E. and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Ground Controls and Aerospeeds are under $400 for the set, but i've heard have a really hard ride. Anyone reccomend a good set that will be somewhat comfortable, and cost less than $1000?

i was not aware that aerospeed makes coilovers for our car. i know of weapon r and a few others. Ground Control is what most members will recommend, but keep in mind that these are just the springs. you will have to buy some aftermarket shocks as well. if you conduct a search on this webpage, you will find many posts about ground controls and kyb agx shocks. this is a setup which many members have. i am one of those members. anyway, i'm at work so i don't remember what i just typed. if you have any more questions, just post. hope i helped a little.

Best Coilovers

The tech support guy at ground control told me i can use there coilovers w the stock shocks no problem, so i am not concerned w the shocks, just need to get good coilovers due to excess weight of my subwoofer system in my trunk. Springs alone wont be able to support this added weight. I however do not want the 50% increase in ride stifness that the tech guy at G.C. told me i would incur

Feel free to use your stock struts just remember that in about a month or two they will blow and then you will need new ones. Also most springs can handle a system.

I had the GC's wit stock shocks for about 4 months and then decided to go with the KYB AGX, the ride with that combo is stiffer than stock but still a lil bouncy at times. But to answer ur question on the best coilovers, they would have to be the JIC Magic, they are a full coilover system. They run around $1200-1450.
