help me check engine light is on!#!

i recently installed a place racing cai in my 97 maxima after i put it in the car makes a weak noise when it is idle and shakes a little bit wtf happened???? y is this gay light on? but performance wise my car is kicking *** with the cai

There are 2 sensors that have to be reconnected.

If they aren't the light will come on. I believe( and I KNOW I'll be corrected if I'm wrong ) one is the air flow sensor and the other is the air temp sensor. If they are connected, did you at any point run the engine with them disconnected? If so, the light will stay on, even after you reconnect them. I learned the hard way...

Stays on until the ECU is reset.

air temp sensor

i have the smae problem....my ecu light is on too.... this is because i didnt put the air temp sensor in cuz there was no hole for it... so i think i might sell it.. or make a whole for it.. im not sure yet... i might just get a new popcharger.... my intake right now is a S&B intake.....

just put it inside the filter

that's what i did, no problems yet.....*knock* on wood.

temp guage

yea where the hell can i plug in the temputure guage in ?? hose is hella short and there no where to put it in
