Could it BE????

That Philips made a H.I.D. Kit for the 9004 system. would this work on the 95 through 99 without loss of high beams????

Check them out: <a href=http://www.autodynamic.com/hid_philips.htm

I don't know anything about the kits, but why would they not have a halogen highbeam included like cars that come with HIDs stock? That would be stupid.

Yeah, you lose high beams on HIDs, which is why most cars with them have separate halogen high beams. Something about not being able to integrate 2 filaments into one bulb... I think they solved the problem for the new Porsche Turbo though.

I've been told that if the car didn't originally come with HIDs, that converting is a bad idea because the lamp housing's internal reflectors won't correctly disperse the beam. Juse hearsay, might want to check into it before dropping that much dinero.

emax has the hid kit for his 95 maxima
Do a search and read up...

The only HIDs at all that have high beams (I think) are the new porsches, and WOW they are impressive.
