Speedometer and Odometer stopped working!?!

Hey,

I was installing those intelliglow needles in the dash, and after everything was finished I surprisingly calibrated the Gas, Temp, and Tacometer gauges correctly, but now the speedometer and odometer DO NOT WORK! It's not even that their not calibrated, they simply do not work. No miles register on the car while driving, and obviously the needle on the speedometer does not move. Can anyone point me in any sort of direction towards a resolution??? Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Check all the connections behind the gauges. I know theres 3 connectors. My guess is that one of these is for the speedo/odo area. Do the lights work behind those? Thats my guess.

Yeah, i double/triple/quadrupol checked the connections behind the guages and they are all 100% secure. All of the lights on the dash work perfectly, however, i am having problems with the actual Intelliglow needles themselves, but everything else is fine...I just can't figure out the damned speedometer

i was gonna say that if just the speedo and the tach weren't working then maybe the faces weren't pressed down al the way. But it def sounds like one of the connections

Yeah man, that's what I thought at first. I checked all of the screws behind the gauges, they're all secure...I'M LOST!

um... did u touch the needles at all when u were puttin the new gaues over the old ones? cuz i touched mine and it got all jacked up! so i had to recalibrate and make sure the new gauges are completely covered over the old ones, pushed it all the way then it worked!

**CAUTION:ON"T EVER TOUCH THE NEEDLES!!!
