HELP HELP HELP, PLEASE HELP...My car is dead!!!

Hey,

Okay, I was installing those cheap-a$$ intelliglow LED's, and now my car is DEAD! I was driving back from the bank, and the car would not go over 5mph, it was kicking and kicking, kind of jumping back and forth in between gears and it would only drive if it was floored. I did not have my gauges in, as I was working on them with the intelliglow things, and now my car is completely dead, it won't even start. The horn, headlights, interior lights all work, but the car will not start. I'm ready to get rid of the Max and buy a GS. Somebody please help, or tell me what more information you need to properly diagnos the problem! Thanks

First of all, put everything back together the way it was.
Second, run an OBD-II scan on your ECU and find out what the ECU is complaining about.
Third, relax and find a trusty mechanic. We can only do so much via the internet forums.

Did you unplug your MAF sensor?

I'm not sure what a MAF sensor is...

But I did put everything back together, and the battery is dead. I'm going to jump it when I get home and see if everything works okay...

*fingers croseed*

P.S- Thanks for the help.

Yeah, no kidding, sheesh. For me, DEFINETLY not worth 76 bucks; an upgrade I could have done without, for sure. I'm not saying don't get them, but good luck recalibrating your gauges correctly, and I hope you don't make the same mistake that I did, even though I'm not even sure what I did

I doubt it was the intelliglows... sounds more like a whoopsy that u made. Like was suggested, put everything back and pull the ecu's, then repost so we can help you more.
