HELP: Noise comming from passenger side(long)

Its hard to describe, but kind of sounds like a rattle type of sound just after 1 RPM on the passenger side, maybe 1100-1200 rpms while driving but after that it kind of goes away. I have 119,000 miles, just switched to 10w30 from 5w30, both are synthetic.I'm guessing its my belt as they make noise when I start it sometimes, or maybe my timming chain, I opened my hood to hear where its comming from and reved the engine a little but couldn't hear it well or distinguish were exactly were its comming from well, but I know its comming from the passenger side for sure. Please help!!(automatic, with the usual mods, all new pipes under, y-pipe back)Its also cold hear it Washington D.C..

Sounds like you've got the famous timing chain rattle. You need to change your timing chain tensioner to correct it. It should be fixed and not left be. If that chain jumps s tooth, your in trouble.
