I know that the S/S is well.....Stainless steel and the Jethot is a ceramic material with a special coating, but is there and performance difference between the two. Since it is cheaper, does it hiss or ping like the Stillen unit. Also, is it more vulnerable to wear and tear? Thanks for the help guys.
