ok well before i start, i dont want this post to sound bad at all. basically, i just wanna know when gregs maxima will be online for us to see. am i the only one waiting for the past 2 years or however long it was to see his car??? im sure he has som great ideas and what not, but i think if we see his car it really wont be anyhting new. for example....lets say we see gregs car im sure we have all seen it on another car before his. maybe that doesnt make sense but maybe someone will understand what i am saying. Im sure greg is a great guy and he has done a lot for us in getting/making/selling aftermarket products for our car. i jsut wanna see his car and what he has done to it and i cant stand this wait. sorry if you guys think this post is worthless i just had to get it out....thanx, Tom

Yeah I'm glad im not the only one getting iritated by the prolonging of that car. I dont car how it is now i just want to know what he thinks are secret ideas.

Why does anyone even care? When he finishes it, he finishes it. It's not like it's a holy grail or something. He's being a little overly secretive about things, but it's not uncommon in the show scene. I've got friends who won't tell me what's being done to their cars during the off season just so noone will know until the next show season begins.

Well he has been promising my Maxima turbo kit, with my Maxima pictures (which I asked him politely to remove, but he refuses) and saying a 2K version would be available soon for months now too! Soooo .... you'll just have to continue to wait I guess ! ... hmm guess this may not be the right place to moan about this ... still ...

 

one word: whatever.

i've heard from different people about 20 different things.. his car has taken way too long to be "unvailed" and i am sure it isn't going to be any nicer than some of the top cars on this site.

i've talked to people who say they have seen the car and i've talked to people who know greg well, and all the stories don't line up, so we will all have to wait patiently.

i appreciate all greg and people at custommaxima have done for the maxima community. i also understand running a business takes up lots of your time and you run into problems and delays. however, when you tell people for months and moths and hype up something, you should keep your word. i do get aggrivated it hasn't be released yet and really would like to see it badly, but i'm not gonna let it get to me. it is lame that it's been prolonged like 5 times giving months in advance times when it should be ready, and will most likely be delayed again, but i think we'll all be happy when we see it. we gotta give him some credit, he seems like an honest and decent guy who does his best for us...so i can wait some more.

I think Greg should just set the record straight. I can see where he's coming from with it I guess being a show, sometimes bring secretive gives you an advantage but since this has been going on for 2 years, I think its time to at least give us a glimpes of it.

It better look like a Viper GTS . Blue paint with white stripe, V12 engine swap, Viper headlights/taillights conversion, twin turbo charged, 20" HRE wheels, 100 switches for the airbag system, 24K gold plated for every metal part in the engine bay, leather wrap sparco seats, full fiberglass interior panels/dash, 20 TVs everywhere and ten 15" subs.

 

i finally came to the conclusion that you can't do much with a maxima.

my maxima is so boring..........but i can't ever think of selling her yet.......donno why

 

I think all these ideas Greg has for his Max he is trying to start making them available to us. Like headers, turbo, etc. I personally think that it isn't that big of a deal. When it comes out it comes out. As for now just keep modding your car and talking on the .org

 

HAHA...i love jasons maxima and he knows that...only because i tell him jsut about every time i talk to him.......






oh yeha...one more thing.......i totally understand that its gregs car and he cna dop what he he wants and all....i jsut brought this up basically because i like looking at modified maximas and other types of cars online.....and everytime i go to hsi site i anticipate the day that he is supposed to reveal his car and then that month comes and then they day is pushed back some more.......maybe if he just puts on his site "the car will be ready when i want it to be" or "i will reveal pix when i get time" that way those of us wont be wating 3 months to see his car and then not see anyhting. but we do have a lot of other nice @$$ maximas on the .org so i will just keep checking out all the maximas and forget about gregs for now....thanx guys, Tom

 

What is the big deal even when it does come out... it might be a ooohhh ahhh for a few days then whatever. I think it would be cooler if he were showing it on the site in stages so you can really see how it all came together etc.

Greg does a good job of promoting maxima's, but has he really developed any new products yet? He mostly sell products already developed by others (so far).

 

he talks about developing them but then they dissapear. He supposedly has some coming but who knows....
