Man my car weighs ALOT....

Well I saw a CAT scale today and decided to weigh the old girl.. man she is kinda hefty...

3200 LBS

This is a 97 SE AUTO:

spare and jack and misc tools
2 12's and enclosure
2 amps in trunk
leather interior and dual power seats up front
18 inch konig toxxins with toyo t-1s
**edit** a little less than 1/2 tank of gas

thorw my butt in there and then it goes to about 3360.. so the old girl is toting some weight

I put down 178 HP and 177 TQ.. what is the hp to weight and tq to weight ratio's?

I think I will look for 1 of steve's posts gotta be a formula in there

WOW! Really? I weighed in at 2995 with a 85 lbs sub setup, and no spare (can't fit both in the trunk, one or the other), with about 1/2 tank of gas.

Wow, mine weighed 3055lb on a Cat scale. Of course I've got a 5 speed, only have one power seat, no stereo, stock 15s, and a 1/4 tank of gas. I do have 25lbs worth of SFCs hanging below though.

That's really weird that your car weighs a lot more, you have less power than me, and you're an auto and we both get roughly the same ETs. The trap speeds are way different though.
