I have a 98 Cali spec as indicated on the plate on the firewall. Can someone please point me to the right model on Budget's website?

Is it 4th gen y-pipe or 4th gen cali spec?

I noticed on the Cattman site that the y-pipe for ALL 95-98 are the same and the 99 cali spec and regular 00+ Y-Pipes are the same. Does this imply anything about the y-pipes on budget's site?

For the 4th gen...

95-98 Fed, 95-98 Cali, 99 Fed are the same; both precats are removed and looks like an "f" pipe.
99 Cali is the bastard child; the aftermarket pipe looks more like a "y" since it only removes the rear precat. The front precat is much larger and must stay for vehicle emissions equipment to function.

So when you order don't mention california spec

 

Just call them....the site and e-mails will get you nowhere. Call and speak with them, they great on the phone
