Update: Suspension rattle....

I really don't know whats going on with my maxima. It sounds like the noise is coming from my dash board. It sounds like it so much I would be willing to put money on it. Its like a creaking/squeaking/clunking noise. It happens when you jerk the car with the gas, or hit a bump while accelerating, and ESPECIALLY during wheel hop (which I HATE). I inspected the suspension a little bit, and found the passenger side CV boot to be in 2 pieces! I know this has to be repaired but I don't think this is whats making the noise. Anyone else know what it could be? I'm leaning towards motormount, but how do I inspect the motormounts to see if they're bad?

Any help is really appriciated, and thanks for your help on the last post!

Also whats the best way to see whats behind the dash board? I need to buy a repair manual ASAP. Should I take the glove box door off ? I just want some piece of mind that its not something in the dashboard.

-Thanks again, Chris
