Gauges on TV Screen, Is it possible??!!??

Hey,

I have a 7" Sony widescreen that I am going to install within the next week, and I was wondering...

When I have my Nitrous installed, can I view the boost, fuel, etc., gauges on the TV screen digitally? For example, instead of having a regular a-pillar gauge pod, have the gauges appear on the TV screen and be able to toggle between them, or just have them all appear at once on the screen. I know this sounds far-fetched, but I was wondering if anyone has done anything like this or have seen it done. Thanks in advance for the replies.

I had no idea this was a component on the R34 skylines. I just finished fixing my gauges, and my dash is completely ripped out, and I was trying to decide where I was going to install the gauges when the N02 is installed, and I was thinking, "Why not have them appear on the TV that I'm going to install anyway?!?"...

I thought about this a few months ago... You could search for some old posts.. What you basicaly would have to do is make a data acquisition system, and hook the tv to a computer, with the acquisition system hooked to the computer.. I would have done it but I don't have time anymore... And yes the skyline has a nice one... I wonder if you could buy some components from them...?

Yes you can do it, you have to buy a system called an HKS CAMP. You should be able to buy them from Nopi last time I checked, and they aren't cheap.
