Got a new scratch added to my collection

Wass up fellas? I went home to La for Turkey Day and everything was going fine till this bae bae kid runs up the side of my car with his bike. I was about to strangle this kid, but my sister-in-laws boyfriend says ahh some rubbing compound will get that out. So I buy some compound and this suma b**ch is rubbing like there aint no tommorrow. I see that he's fugging up my clear coat so I stop this idot. Now in this one area it looks dull. Is there anyway to fix this?

The rubbing compound basically has removed all the wax etc.. you've had on your car. You should wax it to regain the shine...you might have to do the whole panel or even the whole car to get it to look even again. Hopefully you didn't rub so hard that you've started to remove the clear coat as rubbing compound is that strong if you use it long enough.
