More than anything, I'm concerned about the offset.

 

Yes that will fit perfectly assuming it doesn't have a centerbore too small to fit, which is unlikely.

 

yup .. i think the centerbore for nissan is 66.1, and all (most) aftermarket wheels are 73.1 or 72.6? Forgot .. but usually companies will include hubcentric rings.

35-45 offset is usually good for our cars ..

 

should fit fine, i'm running 18x7.5 w/ 45 offset with no rubbing or anything.

Sounds right .. 72.6 must be these stupid volks .. damn impossible to find hubcentric rings for them.

 

haha. i got my set at discount tire only like $5 or so, they were plastic konig rings though, but whatever works.

 

i tried them, wheel warehouse (ripoff bastages didnt even havem), a few lil shops, and no go anywhere. im probably better off going to the discount tire store up in 626 cuz i think they actually sell volks .. but i havent had time, and dont care much anymore..

 

Why don't you try to contact Rays Engineering/Volk yourself?

Does the te's require a hubcentric ring?

 

yeah i went to the discount tire in 626, the one on colorado near pcc in pasadena.

 

1)is a 48 offset too much for our cars?
2) you dont always need hubcentric ring do you? (have minimal experience with aftermarket wheels)

 

+48 is cuttin it close, depending on the width of the wheel. I wouldnt go +48 past 7 or 7.5 .. but I've never tried it .. I think stock is +40 tho .. most experience i have is 18x8 +38, 18x7.5 +42, 18x7.5 +40, 18x8 +35 .. no problems w/any of the above.

you dont always need a hubcentric ring, it just helps stop vibration if your wheel isnt centered right (and tightened / torq'd right)
