springs.

so the spring choices are:
H&R, B&G, progress, eibach, intrax, sprint, tein, maxspeeds, suspension techniques, matrix, NISMO?
now i just have to pick the right ones.

The situation is the same for springs and intakes. In the end, it's not going to make a huge difference which ones you get.

Find out, from searching for user reviews, which springs will most likely meet your needs. Some have a reputation for being softer or stiffer than others, however, this is totally subjective. Some lower the car more, some less. This can be measured.

Your car will look better, ride harder, and handle better with any of the springs out there. Don't beat yourself up over this. It's not a big deal. Your main priorities should be your budget and how low you want to go. That's it. You cannot get a lower stance and better handling without a significant sacrifice in overall ride smoothness, so don't ask.

Struts are a different story, some of the options (tokico) just plain suck.
