First Check engine light for me .... any ideas before i look to see what it is

Ok my check engine light cherry has been popped.

Check engine light is on, and the OD light isnt working... ie the light isnt showing up, and when i hit the button it wont engage the lower gear.
Soooooooooooo.... anyone have any ideas ??

ist a tranny problem, use your warrenty up to 100k on powertrain,

Are you sure the bulb on the OD bulb isnt burned out?
