PCV valve hose question

I replaced my PCV valve today. The 3" hose that connects to the valve had a small tear in the end and I made it worse while disconnecting it. I decided to replace the hose while replacing the valve. I went to PepBoys to get a new hose and they had no vaccume line hose, only fuel line hose. Will using fuel line hose be a problem? It seems fine so far.

I think you should be fine. The fuel line hose just has a better construction build to it for high pressurized fuel. As far as the PCV valve, there is only air passing thru it, so you should be fine.

no, fuel line hose is ok, its just firmer. it has more belts than a regular vacuum hose. I had this problem when i replaced my girlfirend's pcv hose when i installed a cai on her tiburon. You shouldn't have any problems.
