Stock shock with either maxspeed or h&r springs?

i know some people already have this setup with either stock shock on maxspeed or h&r...my question is anybody experience blown shocks? and also is camber kit require for this setup? i was told if the drop if not below 1'5' it wouldn't need it...is this true?

What you were told about the use or need of the camber adjustment kit is correct...

and some people have stock parts on w/am springs for months and never have any trouble like me, others have leaks within a few days...

you really never can tell

for example, I had H&R on my car some time back, I drove it for 4 months on stock parts, swapped back to stock springs and then the rear went out,,,go figure,

I had been on MaxSpeeds for a whole year on stocks and have never had any issues, now on AGX and hope they last a long while...good luck

my suggestion is no. Go with aftermarket shocks/struts, because the stockers will fail failry quickly. If your car has a lot of miles on it, you're especially at risk.

Hands down, your stock dampers, even if there new, cannot properly dampen the force put out by ANY lowering springs.

Maxspeeds will work fine with stock shocks, but you really need to think about aftermarket ones, because thats where all the difference is.
