Thanks gtr_rider

1] you have to take out the old struts and springs (if you do not want to go into complication with spring compressors..what you could do it is just unbolt the struts screw..which is located on the strut mount in the engine bay...the middle bolt..if you are doin it this way do not jack your car up]

2] Now you can jack your car up..Unbolt the three bolts on the strut mount

3] Unbolt the two bolts on the lower arm of the strut..i think its wit a 17mm wrench..don't forget to take your wheels off..

4] Your coilover should come wit rubber "O" rings..Place the ring on first.. be sure to push it down to the lower end of the strut..this ring keeps the sleeves from runnin, turnin etc.

5] Place the sleeves on..the threaded peace...be sure it is for the front..because the front and rear have different sleeves and springs..

6] Now you could place the spring in place which i think is the eibach springs

7] now take the stock orange rubber piece (bump damper)..place it in..push it till you can no longer push it down..

8] Take the stock rubber boot cut it where the light piece is..the last wrinkle

9] Place the coilover cap that came wit the coilover in place..

10] Now Place the urethane bushin that came wit the kit..

11] Place the upper mount..

12] the orange thin piece..the noise damper goes next

13] now place the whole thing back in...

Does anyone have a pic of these rubber O rings?

Do they differ front/rear?

Does anyone know which part number distinguishes front and rear springs?

Can someone please help me identify these parts and their meaning in life...... Thanks.

Part numbers one the coils are 32499C and 39018A.

2 of the threaded sleeves are shorter than the other 2.

The larger of the 2 both have black rings stuck in the ends of them, 1 with a rubber bumpstop like thing stuck in it.

The smaller 2 have nothing in them they are hollow.

Thanks again.

They look like thick black rubber bands in the shape of an O. They are the same for both front and back. You slide them over the strut base and then slide the threaded sleeve over them so that the sleeve does not move.

Which silver cap is for front/rear?
If the silver caps are the ones that I am thinking about then they are for the rears. If you look at the top of your rear suspension, you will see the top of the piston rod with a nut about a half inch down. Underneath that nut there should be a little cound silver cap that is on top of a like rubber grommet thingie. That is all that you can see from the top of the strut, while in the trunk.

I have no clue here.....stock orange rubber piece??
I think this is the bumpstop which you will have to cut, but I could be wrong.

Noise Dampener?? is it a stock piece or a GC piece?
Not quite sure what you are talking about. What comes to mind to me, is on the front a round grey plastic piece that has a raised little ring on it that sits on top of the metal top hat, which sits on the spring, it lines the whole setup with upper strut mount.

THere should be more numbers than that, like from looking at the pic, the fronts say 450 on them and the backs are something like 275. The shorter threaded sleave is for the back. I dont know what black rings stuck inside are. I dont think mine came with those.

Yes they come with directions when you buy them new.

You should try and call GC, they have an excellent customer support team, and I am sure they will send you some new directions for free.
