resonator location

K, I've got the stock intake all back except for the resonator. I took all this off years ago, and I can't remember where the hell it mounts... I thought it went on the drivers side up by the fusebox but I don't see where it mounts there. Anyone have any pictures of the stock resonator location, or can describe where it goes? I'm lost...

Also, anyone happen to know what size bolts hold the MAF to the stock airbox?

Describe which piece is the resonator - cause the stock intake is like a maze.

I'm lookin in Haynes for the bolt sizes.

Well, on the bottom of the intake scoop, near the front, is an outlet which has an elbow shaped tube plugged into it. That tube goes to the resonator which is just a small box (maybe 6"x6") with no other outlets.

The large, box-type resonator with only one opening goes under the battery tray and is connect to the stock intake snorkus with a 90 degree elbow.

Yeah Usually I seem to have 1 that I can go to home depot and get some close bolts but I lost them all.

Under the battery eh, cool. Do I need to remove the battery tray? I looked around there and couldn't see where it went.

You shouldnt need to remove the battery tray if you reinstall in reverse order of removal. Put the lower assembly all together then attach the upper pieces. I am trying to find a picture, it figures I just trashed my stock pieces last week.

I have to go out for a while hopefully when I get back I'll have time to mess with the MAF bolts for ya.
