sparkplugs

My 97 nissan maxima uses ngk sparkplugs PFR5G-11. I want to know if I can use NGK plug ZFR5F-11 or BKR5E-11 and which plug is the better performing plug . PIP

I know you can use the BKR5E-11, that's the copper plug.
I put them in my car. I don't know what the other one is.
