Anyone like these 20's? i just got them

i was just curious what people thought, if they're tasteful, or not, cuz i know many people have said they hate 20's and they look terrible on our cars.....and do you think the urethane stillen kit from custommaxima would go well? i don't have money for anything else.

Actually those 20's look pretty good on your maxima. I'm pretty sure that a Stillen Aero kit would make the car look even better.

Not bad at all, I like the rims. Get the aero kit and maybe trade the altezzas for some red/clears and you'll be set. One of the cleanest looking Maximas with 20s I've seen.

personally i think no bigger than 18's, but i have to give you credit. that is the best looking maxima with 20's i have yet to see, get some redclears, stillen body kit, and drop the pin stripes and it will look great. btw, what % tint do you have on your rear windows??
thanks

I saw a max with big 20 chromes outside of sacramento last july when i saw tool, it looked butt ugly. But i have to say, those look really, really good and like everyone has said, aero kit and your ride will look even better than it already does.
And if you like your altezzas keep them, digital impulses running through telephone wire that comprise 1's and 0's to make letters that people thousands of miles away input through keyboard strokes should have absolutely no bearing on what you want and like.

btw how much did you lay down for those?

looks good, i wish the max would allow a better drop, ie tuckin tire on 20's w/o bags but due to poor design it can't (stupid fenders)

the wheels look good but i think they would better in chrome because of the color of your car (bling bling). it will look alot better when you throw a kit on it.

What brand are those? What width and offset? I was thinking on getting the ADR Sterling on the 18x8.5 size but you got me thinking bigger now.

they're Zeo BZ-11 from wheelmax.com, Go down a little to the BZ-11. 20 x 8.5 and the tires are 245/35/20. 255 wont fit as easily. i have h & r springs and kyb agx struts so i had to roll my back fenders for them to fit. get 20's!! if you're not worried about performence...obvioulsy i'm not (17, still in high school)...then you won't regret it. i had 18's and i sold them to get mine.

I have the same suspension setup! How much did you have to roll the back fender? I would think you are talking about the inner lip.... How about the fronts, any rubbing while driving and turning and on big bumps and bumpy roads..

Verrrry clean, sharp look. 1 of the best looking 20's I've seen on a Max.

Enjoy!

Btw, get locks on those if u haven't already. 17's & 18's are pretty standard now, but a nice looking set of 20"s screams out TAKE ME HOME! to the wrong element, y'know? It's no guarantee, but it'll make 'em think twice or at least slow 'em down.

I generally don't like the look of 20's on 4th Gens, but those are definitely an exception. Those are probably the nicest 20's I have seen.

lol, that's tight. you made some good choices on suspension. i had to roll most of the back fender lip (you're right, the inner lip), and the fronts fit fine, for the most part. if you go over any bump too fast it'll rub a little, so watch flyin through the neighborhoods, and when i go to make a VERY sharp turn at slow speeds....when i cut the wheel almost as far as it can go, like parallel parking....it rubs 1 out of every 10 times i do it, but it does nothing to the physical attributes of the tire. it hits the inside fender wall on the flat part of the tire at maybe 2 miles an hour and it just brushes it. you can avoid this completely by taking out a piece from the inside fender wall and shaving off a bit of metal behind it, no biggie, but i didn't do it. and with quick u-turns it doesn't really seem to rub for some reason, even thought it cuts the wheel almost all the way. hope this helps.

you are definitely right. i had locks on my 18's but they gave me these ghetto lugs with the 20's. someone could probably just twist em off with their hands

i have to say, i didn't think i'd get much of a positive response with this move, but everyone here's been so nice and so open-minded. .org's the best thing since sliced bread....

I usually don't like 20" wheels on Maximas, but I really like the style of them wheels. I personally think the silver looks better than chrome would. Very nice car BTW.

Personally, I would get rid of the altezza tails and get some Red and Clears, add a Stillen Body Kit, and get rid of the pinstripes. All that matters is what you like though because it's your car.

I might have to consider those in 18" when the time comes for new wheels.

Later,
-Nick
