Hello people.
What are the standard sizes of driver-side & passenger-side windshield wipers on a '97 Maxima GXE?

I need to know both the "regular" and winter types.

Also, if you think that non-standard sizes work better, please comment.

I don't know the exact size's but I had to change my wipers, and when i went to pep boys, they had a book of what type of wipers you need. It should tell you exactly what model number and brand to get.

 

Any auto parts store will have the guide book. Stay away from the Bosch blades, they never seemed to work very well on my car. Which was pretty annoying given that they were quite a bit more $$ then the ANSCO blades I have now which are great IMHO.

 

Yeah, I bought Bosch blades and they weren't very good either. Oh well, time to try something else I guess. I hate those streaks on my windshield.

 

Driverside: 22" regular; 22" winter
Passegerside: 21" regular; 20" winter

Bosch are expensive...and only work good for a few months...Anco's last longer. Pylons suck...as do the other cheaper kinds.

I think it matters what windshield washer fluid you use...I use Rain-X (the pink stuff) from December to March, the regular blue stuff from March to May, the green Prestone Bugwash kind from June to September, the regular stuff from then till the end of November.
