just checked my engine light, need some answers

I just finished checking why my Check Engine Light was on. It was pretty easy over all. I got the codes
12, 04 ---- Torque Converter clutch solenoid valve (automatic transmission)

05, 03 ---- Front right heated O2 Senser

I reseted the check engine light, so now I don't know what to do. Are these things definetly needed to be replaced? If so wehre can I get them... What is a Torque converter clutch solenoid valve... whats wrong with everything hahah!
Someone give me some input please. LOL

The second code sometimes is a 'false' code that will go away...

The solenoid.. I'm not sure...

If the code does not reappear (and the car doesn't drive funny) I'd be tempted to say leave it be.

Concerning the 12 04 code, can you feel your torque converter lock up when it's supposed to?

not sure

I'm not very knowledgable with cars. I just started to learn about them. If you could explain alittle more about the torque converter and what it is and when and what I'm suppose to feel? =)

Also, I just put in a frankencar intake. Do you think the 02 sensor might have to do with that?

nope. nothing to do with O2 sensor. front O2 sensors are piece of cake to change anyway
Compared to mine, you are lucky. I have 0704, EVAP problem + check brake warning light + charging system malfunctioning light.

Hope I can save enough $$$ to do custom true dual exhaust...
