After a couple of hard stops in a row to see how much better my cross drilled setup worked the brakes felt mushy. I figured they had just faded so i wouldnt use them hard and they would go back to normal and it is only 20 degrees anyway. 10 minutes later no improvement the brakes are still very mushy and almost go to the floor. what is wrong and what do i need to do?, the rotors and pads look fine also why did this happen any input?

What kind of pads are you running? If you aren't running good pads, you've probably glazed them over.
