y-pipe w/o mods

I have the opportunity to get a Stillen Y for a great price. However, my car's all stock. What should I expect w/only this mod? Noise? Rattle? Killing the Cat & muffler?

when i got my car about 8 mons ago,the 1st mod i did was add wsp y pipe,i can tell you that it was the best gain i fell for the $$$,and it did not increase noice at idle, car fell a tinyyyy drone that's all from the inside, and when you wot it you can hear a little noise increase but nothing loud or rattle.

Jae,

I agree with the last info posted, it makes a bit of noise but nothing unpleasant, but with stock exhaust and intakes you can still enjoy the benefits without the need for earplugs.

You rcar will be a little noiser when you start it up in the morning. You may also hear a bit of a hiss when your radio isn't on and you step on the gas. Other than that, you won't notice it's there. Except for the additional power.
