FSTB Installed... WOW!!

I just installed a front strut bar on my Maxima, and all I can say is WOW My car is now stable going into turns, and comming out of them. Without the bar, the car would wobble, and be unstable while turning. All I need to do now, is get some adjustable sturts, and a rear strut bar, and I'm set.

Just wait until you get the RSB if you don't have one, and then you can REALLY say WOW.

When I first got the FSTB, I thought it made quite a significant difference but now that I've had it for a while, it doesn't really feel like any extra handling or anything, my car still feels a bit floaty with ****ty handling. I think as you get used to it you don't notice its effect as much. Just my opinion.

you're right about getting used to it. try taking it off and then you'll really feel the "****ty handling".

I'm now starting to fix up the Max. At first I was going for looks, and know I'm focusing on the performance side of the car.

I agree. Now that mine has been on for a while, it just seems to make no difference. But, don't get me wrong, it won't be coming off.

I can only imagine what the ride would be like...

With a 14mm combination wrench. Install took less than 15 min. Very easy mod.

i wish i could continue modding.... stupid clutch.... congrats alfonso but save your money on the rear strut bar it does realistically nothing spend the cash on something more constructive like a sway bar. You going to the all nissan meet?

I also just replaced my clutch as well, I got a good deal on the clutch and installation. I have the sway bar installed already. I'll see if I have time to attend the meet.

I would suggest using a breaker bar or a ratchet wrench with a long pipe over the handle. Don't forget to use the right torque when tightening 30-35lbs.
