Testing Injectors

I have a 'cylinder 1 misfire' code in my 95 GXE and wanted to test the injectors. I used to write service at Nissan, but forget the impedence measures and whether you test with engine running on or off. Can anyone point me in the right direction? - Been scouring the posts to no avail.

"Cylinder misfire" refers to ignition (spark), not fuel delivery.

Start by testing your ignition coil packs, wiring harnesses, etc., for the indicated cylinder. You may have a bad coil.

The engine should be off. You can confirm the injector is getting a signal with an injector test light (noid light). It plugs into the harness and flashes when operating correctly. Engine must be running for this test.

Or, you can test the injectors impedance with a multimeter. The impedance should be approximately 10-14 ohms between the terminals.
