For those who have the 99.5 maxima's with that bracket attached to the strut tower, has anyone ever tried to install a 2000+ strut bar with the cutouts. Just wondering if these will fit our 99.5 cars. Or should I just order a 99 bar and just remove those brackets with the dremel?

 

don't get a 2000 fstb. it will create a bulge in your hood. get the regular 4th generation fstb and cut off the bracket in your car.
