Bearing PLates and Struts need to be changed for 97 MAX??

I have some noise coming out of the front left side when I turn the wheel.

Showed it to Dealer and he wants $500 to fix struts and bearing plates.
Midas wants $600.

Does anyone have/had similar problem and got it fixed cheaper?

Please help

ps: It's done just 63K miles

When you say "fix" do you mean replace? And by bearing plates I assume you mean the strut mount bearings?

Anyhow, 2 front struts will run you between $120 and $250 depending on what struts you purchase, and the bearings are $20 for each side.
