Red Clear installation question

I heard that it is a good idea to use a dremel to help cut out the clear piece for the lens. My question is, is it easy to bend the lens so it contours exactly as the amber?

Thanks

If you cut the piece well, the lip on the inside of the lens that held the amber piece in place will actually hold the clear lens that you cut in place as well.
