I don't know if it's the cheapest but www.custommaxima.com has them!
Why don't you just search on the internet you'll find the cheapest place that way. Then when you found the lowest price you could find, then come here and ask if anyone knows if a place sells that kit for less.

i know a few places that sell what your looking for. cheaper then custommaxima and sarona.....
i bought my stuff not long ago from here
www.importmaxima.com.....i know some guys that work there and they hooked me up. try that tho..
