I don't have the Y-pipe (it will put me in a higher SCCA class) but I do have the CAI. The noise from the CAI is only at WOT. By itself, the HP gain is about 3-5.

A lot of people have said that the Y-pipe sounds like angry bees in a can. I have read that some have wrapped the pipe with header wrap and it has dramatically reduced the noise.

These two mods should complement each other, that is the total HP gain is larger than the sum of each. Brian has dyno charts on his website; check them out at

Dyno'd 20hp to the wheel. Please use the seach function as there's been a lot covered on the CAI and Y-pipe.

Definetly worth it my man. I have a Stillen intake and a Stillen SS y-pipe. Great power and sound. You won't be dissapointed.
