Gauging interest and finding information...

Hi, guys, I was wondering.... I'm going to want to sell my car soon. DO you think anyone on this board would pick it up, or should I start taking all the parts off and get ready to sell it stock or trade it in? How many people have bought maximas off people on this board? I know some people totalled their cars and wanted the same type of car again....

How many times has this happened? Rollcall? I don't want to take off the mods if someone wants it the way it is; it's a great car, I just need something for the track that's more tunable.

Of course I have a complete rundown of things done to the car (OEM maintenance and mods), but I can't sell him just yet, because the car I'm ordering won't be in until late spring.

Has anyone sold their car or bought their car from an orgy member?

I havent but I know somebody that has..he actually saw it forsale at one of the johnson park meets last spring and picked up about 3 weeks later. Make a post on the maximas for sale forum and see if you get any bites..the only bad part is that people on here want deals, youll make more sellin it private

my $.02

it's a him!

Sorry, Nick, it was a gut reaction.

I'm probably getting a 2004 WRX, but I plan on staying in touch with the max community; my mom and dad both still have maximas, and I like my max friends.

I'm going to charge not far off the KBB value, plus mod $ if I sell it here. It will be a discount from KBB, but adding on all the $ I spent on mods. KBB on my car is still high.

Sorry Lime

I looked into some of them (and by the time you add everything up) might as well spend an extra 2-3K and get the STi.... NICE

Any way you go, it's still a fast mobile.

$2-3k? Uhm, no. It's $10k.

I'm talking about a fully loaded WRX vs. the stock STi.

When I priced a fully loaded (w/ suspension, sti exhaust, stainless steel dash crap, differential protector, floor mats, optional 17's, short throw shifter, din gauge package, premium sound, ... phew... and security package) it came out to 32K. On the internet that is.

So technically if you got a fully loaded WRX, it's almost as much as the STi. IMHO of course
