i had dunlop sport A2s and loved them but judging from the ratings at tirerack. re950s are a better overall tire. it's weird that the shop priced them the same as those dunlop sport a2s.. because typically, they are a more expensive tire, which is why more people sway towards the dunlops.. because they are almost as good and are cheaper...

i'g go with the 950s.

RE950 is an excellent tire, had mine for about 20,000 miles and I'm just now beginning to see them wear . Great dry traction, and outstanding wet traction. That's why I purchased them and I wasn't disappointed. I've heard good reviews on the Dunlops also, just offering my experience.

I am running 950's and love them. That is a good price from a tire store for the 950's.

The 950's are comming out with more tire size selections and a V speed rating in the near future. Also Bridgestone is comming out with a RE750.

I just got a set of Dunlop Sport A2's, and they're awesome, they really hold the road like glue. They replaced a set of D60 A2's which were also very good tires. They handle very well in the snow and rain as well. I'm not sure how well the Potenza's handle in the wet, as the RE92 that came stock with the 2002 Maxima SE are absolutely terrible in the rain...

Best of luck with your new tires!
