Cut Coil off sprint springs? Good Idea? Bad Idea?

I have an uneven drop with my sprint springs. its perfect in the front but it definatly didn't drop as much as I wanted at all. What does everyone think? Is cutting one of the coils off the back springs a good idea or a bad idea?

i do not think it is such a good idea... my friend did that on his maxima, and he experianced really anoying "rubbing" sounds from his shocks. i would never cut my springs after i heard what his sounded like. after he bought new ones, the noise went away. so it is up to you!
