Code 0510 on Cali. Spec 99 SE

I have reset my engine light 3 times. I pull the code 0510. Did a search, it seems there is a problem with a dirty or faulty rear O2 sensor, but all the cars with this problem have been the fed. spec. emission cars with only 1 rear O2.
The Cali. spec cars have 2 front and 2 rear O2 sensors. Should I replace both rear O2 sensors?
This light is driving me crazy.
Anyone have this problem on a Cali. spec car? What was your solution?
Thanks,
Peter

I think that code points to the rear o2 after the main cat, not the pre cats. Cali spec has 5 o2's? 4 on the Y and one on the main system.

I might be wrong, don't have the book with me, anybody confirm this for him?

Put car up on ramps last night, I could only see 4 O2 sensors, all 4 are around the y-pipe and pre-cat. There were none behind the main cat.

I would do the farthest one then.
