Question about tirerack.com's recommended tire size
I am about to finally purchase my 18" wheels (just as soon as winter is finished...) I'll be leaving my Blizzak tires on my stock SE wheels and switching to some new 18's.
My question is this... I will be buying my wheels from TireRack.Com. Should I just go with whatever their recommended tire size is for the wheel (235/40-18) or should I go with a different size? I want what is going to look best, but still handle best and also keep my speedometer accurate.

Use their info to "upsize" your tire. They have a litle program on there. I believe 235 is the widest. Chances are a tire rep will call you after you buy the wheels anyways to make sure the size is correct. They have good customer service. Or buy over the phone-very knowledgeable and their sales reps get a commission.
