Two questions. When did the first 4th gen get produced, and second, how can you tell if you have one of the earliest models, can you do it with the VIN?

I think the 95's started being produced in March/April
of 94,my 95 was made on Febuary 12 1995 {almost a 96 haha}.I think you can tell by looking at your seat belt because there is this little white thingy which has the info on it.
