I would say either Jet Black, Red, or a Silver color!

maaco is not worth your money.

Find a custom shop and ask them to do it (check their work first of course). Don't be afraid to spend some money on your paint job, a good job will last longer...of course more $$$ doesn't equal better quality, but be choosey on the shop.

Yeah, i would trust my car to electro bake (NOT ECONO!!!) before i would to Maaco. Ive seen some of their work, at least by my area, and its very decent for the money you pay....about 5-600 for a full 3-layer clear coat..

$900 to paint it at maaco, and they said they will use the same paint, factory paint and it will have the gloss and eveything just like when it was new.
is it just that the paint wont last long?
did anyone paint their car at maaco?

Actually i have seen there paint jobs.
If you do all the prep work yourself, sanding, priming, and bring it to then AND provide YOUR paint, then you should be cool. Ask them about warrantys and other BS.
NOTHING ELSE: pay $3000.00
Do prep work & have them (reputable shop) mask & paint only. $1500.00

Maaco is terrible. Please don't give them your money. This is how well they match paint (notice front bumper vs. rest of car): http://plaza.ufl.edu/syrinx/maxima/car09s.jpg

I've been through hell with them and two repaints later it's finally close. Don't waste your time or money with Maaco.

Depends on what the interior colour is. If you have a light grey interior, go for black. It makes the car look very different. I have a 96 SE Black and it looks awesome compared to other Maximas of the same generation.

i would paint it black or any other color that i could easily mask up scratches and parking lot dents with your hardware store available paint spray.
