Help! Had an accident, which parts?

I recently had an accident with my car, and it cracked my front bumper along with a couple corner lights. I was turning into a parking lot where nothing was plowed, and my tires are performance tires, obviously not good for the winter. I hit ice and couldn't stop, and my car broke through the wooden guard rail, cracking it in half. Anyway, I found all the parts I need except the front bumper cover. I have a 97 Maxima SE 5-speed with foglights. I found two sites, 1stnissanparts.com and nissanautobodypartstore.com which have bumper covers. However, I need one with foglight holes, and it doesn't look like the 97-99 bumper cover has them. But, they have a 95-96 bumper cover with foglight holes. Were all the 95-99 bumpers the same? Otherwise, I need to get a bumper cover with holes somewhere else. Any suggestions? I don't want to buy directly from Nissan, as I don't want to spend that much. Anyway, Thanks!

95-96 is different from 97-99. you can fit the 95-96 one on the car but you need new foglights since they are different. Look around in the forsale forum since many 95-96 guys converted to a 97+ and they probably have their old bumpers lying around. Also a few ppl have bodykits that replace the stock bumpers so just ask around.

Do you know of any other places where I can get the 97 bumpers, any online distributors?

You can check on ebay. Here's a link to one of them

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...&category=6766

Also you can search for "97 maxima bumper." This should bring up some results

ebay has 'em real cheap-just search for maxima bumper. i saw one the other day for like 97 bucks. I also have an account with a company called fenders, or is also known as keystone. I will call them tomorrow and see what i can do. We get like 50% off retail. I'll let you know something.
